Has a no arguments mode.

Self:: You masquerade as a giant TM and run around the room.
Others:: Valter non Sequitur masquerades as a giant TM and runs around the room.

For the arguments:

[fighting, covert, magic, faith, other, crafts, idling, #]

Self:: You masquerade as a giant fighting TM and run around the room.
Others:: Valter non Sequitur masquerades as a giant fighting TM and runs around the room.

Has a no arguments, targeted mode.

Self:: You turn Womble and Cabbage into a giant TM, and watch as everyone chases them.
Target:: Valter non Sequitur turns you into a giant TM. Everyone chases you.
Others:: Valter non Sequitur turns Womble and Cabbage into a giant TM. Everyone chases them.

For the arguments:

Self:: You turn Womble and Cabbage into a giant fighting TM, and watch as everyone chases them.
Target:: Valter non Sequitur turns you into a giant fighting TM. Everyone chases you.
