Allowed command patterns:

Has a no arguments mode.

Self:: You taunt yourself.
Others:: Leofire taunts himself... how odd.

For the arguments:

[slyly, expertly, from behind a tree, with higher numbers, with a bad Quirmian accent, nastily, very nastily, very nastily indeed, childlishly, rudely, ceaselessly, #]

Self:: You taunt yourself slyly.
Others:: Leofire taunts himself slyly.

Has a no arguments, targeted mode.

Self:: You taunt Womble and Cabbage.
Target:: Leofire taunts you.
Others:: Leofire taunts Womble and Cabbage.

For the arguments:
