buy [from] <location> with <number> <coins>
Description
This is a foreign exchange office, where you can view current exchange rates, and buy foreign currency with the local currency, or sell your foreign currency for local one. For more information on what the money changer is indeed exchanging check the room itself with the 'list' command.
