assess - checks the viability of an inhume attempt.

Syntax

assess <sucker> with <weapon>
assess <sucker> by performing with <instrument>

assess <sucker> by stabbing with <weapon> - for assassins
assess <sucker> by beheading with <weapon> - for hashishim
assess <sucker> by garroting with <weapon> - for mano rossa
assess <sucker> with ninja chop - for ninja

Description

The assess command allows you to see how easy or difficult an inhume attempt would be with a particular weapon. Accuracy is based on your covert.casing.person skill, and the relevant covert.stealth skill to see if your target notices the attempt. Each attempt will cost 40 covert guild points.
