Self:: You jump up and down excitedly.
Others:: Juppie jumps up and down excitedly.

Has a no arguments, targeted mode.

Self:: You jump up and down on Womble and Cabbage.
Target:: Juppie jumps up and down on you.
Others:: Juppie jumps up and down on Womble and Cabbage.

For the arguments:
