change bank to <bank branch> on <agreement>
terminate agreement
Description
This is a rental agreement for a house, it allows the owner to change which bank they use to pay the rent and it also allows the owner to terminate the rental agreement.
Example
> change bank to lfc on agreement
> terminate agreement
