On Discworld, we have a policy that any public communication should not include profanity or inappropriate topics (see help profanity).
These rules exist for several reasons. Firstly, we have some very young players of Discworld, who may not appreciate foul language or very adult topics of conversation. Secondly, we like to make a friendly and welcoming environment for all players. Thirdly, we don't think it's too much to ask to ask you to choose alternative words, and using offensive language for the sake of being offensive is nasty. mellandrin | |
